Fees and billing

The App can connect to third-party integrations. Your use of those services is governed by the third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific compliance needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnvyTheme will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
